Show Me the Way Home, Honey!

Missouri votes on Obamacare Today

In Missouri, primary voters will have the chance to decide whether to put a constitutional amendment on the ballot this fall that would bar key provisions of Obamacare from going into effect in the Show Me State. Called Proposition C, the amendment would bar the federal government from enforcing the new health care law that requires every American purchase private health insurance or enroll in a government program. If the measure is approved, voters in November would have the chance to ratify the mandate ban.

Pay attention to this folks, we have the same opportunity here in Oklahoma in November.

  1. Actually we don't. The states don't have the power to overturn federal law.
